TraciTraci is a dental assistant that has been with me from the beginning of Shine. She actually followed me over from our old office in St. Vital. She is a true team leader in her own right and can make even the most dental-phobic patient at ease with her gentle touch. You'll never leave our office without hearing one of her gut-splitting stories that will have you in stitches and forgetting that you are in the dental office altogether! ValVal is our Office Manager. She is the first reason that your stay at Shine will be one worth remembering. She brings with her many years of managerial work from a large group practice in Winnipeg. Val is responsible for the day to day smooth operations at Shine Dental. Any financial or billing worries can be dealt with quickly and efficiently, so that all you need to worry about is to whom you are going to show your new smile! Next time you're in, ask Val how we improved her smile to one that she is proud of! |

LorraineLorraine is a hygienist who has successfully completed advanced, post-graduate training as a restorative hygienist. She can administer freezing like no other and will make you beg to differ that she actually has finished with the needle! One of her greatest assets is her excellent restorative skills, which means that she can place your composite fillings for you! Her excellent workmanship is evident in all that she does and her bubbly, positive attitude can be heard on any day at Shine! |

ManonManon is our senior hygienist who rounds out our hygiene department with style and grace. She too has hands of gold that will make you relax like you've never relaxed before. Her calm demeanor and thorough play-by-play will help you understand the importance of what she is doing, so that you can better care for your oral health! Manon is also bilingual, which means that she can scale your teeth in English or in French! |

MelissaMelissa comes to us from another office in Winnipeg and adds depth to our team with her experience assisting implant placement and CEREC all ceramic restorations. She recently completed her Phase III Dental Assistant degree which allows her to do certain scaling and prophies like a hygienist. Her fun and relaxed demeanor will leave you calmed and reaffirmed that Shine Dental has the best staff in the city! |

MichelleMichelle is our second master of hygiene! She is one of the perkiest people around and loves to make her patients laugh. She also specializes in educating her patients so they can grasp exactly how to remedy their oral health conditions. Michelle believes in taking care of her oral health for the long term, as she is currently undergoing orthodontic treatment with us! Your oral health is Michelle's top concern and she always has time to listen to your problems and find the right solution to bring your oral health to the best place it can be. |

KatherineKatherine is another phase II dental assistant that can usually be found assisting Lorraine with fillings. She has amazing people skills that will calm your nerves and set your mind at ease. Speaking of ease, she is easily the most easygoing person around and can make your visit one worth remembering! She is also amazing with kids. Next time you're in, have your kids ask her to sing The Shaky Tooth Song! |

BeckyBecky loves spending time with her family and friends! Some of her hobbies are going to the beach, going to the lake, travelling and working out. Becky is another smiling face that will great you on Dr. Saniya's days. She is more than willing to help you with any of your scheduling or insurance benefit concerns. In her 'spare' time, Becky is currently studying to be a nurse, which will come in handy on our missions trips around the world! |

MayMay started working at Shine Dental with Dr. Riyaz, back in 2008. I've never seen a new grad that was able to jump right in and handle the fast pace of our office like May. She and Dr. Riyaz are a fit made in heaven and are sure to make your dental experience one worth bragging about. If you see a blur and a person flying around the office from one room to the next...that's May.

KrisaKrisa joined our office in 2009 from a large group of offices around the city. She single-handedly was able to manage all of their affairs. This came in handy when she joined our busy office. She is one of the first people you will see when you enter our Shine Dental doors. Krisa makes it her job to go above and beyond for all of our patients. |

KarenKaren is a part-time hygienist at our office. She's only part-time because the other part of the time she is studying to be a dentist at the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Dentistry! We are quite proud of Karen and look forward to the day that she comes back to Shine Dental with "Dr." in front of her name! |

KathyKathy is one of the amazing hygienists who works with Dr. Riyaz. With her skill and professional outlook, there are no patients that are too tough for her to handle. Mix that with her gentle touch and you might even fall asleep in her chair. |

JeanneWe've known Jeanne for quite sometime now, as she was a patient of ours before she entered the School of Dental Hygiene. It's awesome to see how she has progressed into one of the best hygienists around. Jeanne has a special touch and way with her patients that will put them to ease, immediately.
