Unfortunately, we do not offer direct billing to our clients as the Privacy Act has made providing this service very difficult. With the Privacy Act in place, insurance carriers are hesitant to provide us with information regarding clients' claims and insurance plan details.
However, with the electronic submissions, our patients usually receive their payments within 1-3 days of their appointment.
